About the Author (and his Family)

My vision in developing this web page and writing the instruction manual, The High Road, was to empower small and mid-size companies to regain control of their health care costs.

At the same time, I wanted to be able to leverage my time and efforts to give back to the community and the country that has allowed me to live the American Dream over the last 10 years.  

I was raised and educated in Europe where I developed a passion for health and fitness very early in life. I am proud to say that I can count on one (okay, maybe two) hand(s) the number of days that I have not engaged in some form of sport or physical activity since the age of 12.

I have a high level of passion for health and well-being which I share with my wife and kids. My aptitude to think outside the proverbial box led me to pursue innovative solutions in all aspects of life.

With Human Resources as my profession of choice for the last 15 years I had a perfect environment to collect hands-on experience and pilot many innovative solutions.
