You can request a 110% refund of the purchase amount at any time for any reason during the 3-year guarantee period.

It is not required to provide a reason for the refund request, but we would greatly appreciate if you could provide us with some feedback to support us in our efforts to constantly improve our products and services.

Please submit any refund request via email to refund@cut-healthcare-cost.com. The refund request must contain the following:

• First name
• Last name
• Company name
• Order number
• Current mailing address
• E-mail address

This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide additional contact information so that we may contact you by phone if we have questions in regard to the refund request.

Every effort will be made to process your request as quickly as possible. Upon receipt of a refund request, HRStrategies will deactivate your copy of the e-instruction manual within 24 hours, which will prevent any further usage of or access to the information provided in Health Care Cost Management - The High Road.

If you have successfully referred Health Care Cost Management - The High Road to others and received referral bonuses ($50 for each successful referral), we will deduct the total amount of referral bonuses paid to charities of your choice form the refund amount. A check in the amount of 110% percent of the initial purchase price minus any referral bonuses will be mailed to your company.
